All tumblers (and like products) are made with a high-gloss, ultra-clear, scratch-resistant epoxy that is BPA-free, UV resistant, and made in the USA.

All items have been handmade with care and attention to detail, however as they are handmade small imperfections may occur, which make your piece even more unique! While epoxy is durable and shatter-resistant, it is not shatterproof so please treat it with care.

Hand wash only - no extreme heat - not dishwasher safe - do not soak - do not drop - not microwave safe

All sales are final. Payment is due upfront for customizations. Once payment is received new order will be filled. Turn-around time will be invoiced with payment to ship date. Additional shipping charges may occur for larger orders. Once your item is received you must contact us within 48 hours to notify us of any damage during the shipping process. All items have been checked over thoroughly with photos before shipping. After 48 hours there will be no replacement issued. If there is damage, I will need photos of the item, and the shipping box, so that I may file a claim with the Postal Service.
