PRODUCTION TIME:
Standard processing time is 2-4 weeks for custom tumblers after you have placed your order. If you need your item(s) shipped faster a rush order will need to be purchased.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES:
Due to all items being personalized we do not accept returns or exchanges. If there are any issues with your order you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

PROVIDING ALL DETAILS
All processing times are based on you providing all the details needing to complete your order. Orders will be delayed up to 10 days or until you provide all missing details. After 10 days we will cancel your order if we have not received a response from you.
MONOGRAM ORDER
Monograms are to be provided in Monogram order: First Name, Last Name, Middle Name. We are not responsible if you provide the monogram in the wrong order.
Example: Name-Sarah Alex Smith, her monogram order would be: SSA
FONT CAPITALIZATION
We copy + paste the names you provide at checkout, The names will be printed EXACTLY as you type them.
Example: if you provide the names in all lowercase, they will be printed all lowercase. If you provide the names with the 1st Letter Capitalized, we will print them with the 1st Letter Capitalized.

All tumblers (and like products) are made with a high-gloss, ultra-clear, scratch resistant epoxy that is BPA free, UV resistant and made in the USA.
All items have been handmade with care and attention to detail, however as they are handmade small imperfections may occur, which make your piece even more unique! While epoxy is durable and shatter resistant, it is not shatterproof so please treat with care.
Hand wash only - no extreme heat - not dishwasher safe - do not soak - do not drop - not microwave safe
Colors may slightly vary do to photo and screen resolution
All sales are final. Payment is due upfront for customizations. Once payment is received new order will be filled. Turn-around time will be invoiced with payment to ship date. Additional shipping charges may occur for larger orders. Once your item is received you must contact us within 48 hours to notify us of any damage during the shipping process. All items have been checked over thoroughly with photos prior to shipping. After 48 hours there will be no replacement issued. If there is damage, I will need photos of the item, the shipping box, so as I may file a claim with the Postal Service.
